Our Story
Endo was not born in a boardroom. It was built from years spent in the field.
Endo did not start as a technology idea. It started in the field.
For more than a decade, the founders have been deeply involved in farming—not as consultants or observers, but as practitioners. Our families have long worked in agriculture, and that connection continues today. We farm our own land, grow fruits and vegetables, manage operations, and supply produce to both B2B and B2C markets. Farming is part of our daily reality.
Over the years, this journey has taken us across geographies, climates, and systems. We've worked with open-field cultivation and protected environments. With polyhouses, hydroponics, aeroponics, and aquaponics. We've grown and worked with crops ranging from blueberries and strawberries to pomegranates, guava, coconut, and more. Each crop and method came with its own economics, risks, and learning curves.
More importantly, we've worked closely with people across the full spectrum of farming. We've seen large commercial operators with the ability to invest heavily and scale fast. We've worked with mid-scale growers who carefully reinvest their savings back into the land. And we've stood beside those whose entire year depends on a single harvest. We've seen people succeed after investing everything—and others lose just as much, despite doing everything they were advised to do.
"Along the way, we've made our own mistakes. In fact, we've tried most of the 101 ways of what not to do—choosing the wrong crop, mistiming decisions, overestimating technology, underestimating operations. Those failures were costly, but they gave us clarity. They taught us what truly matters on the ground."
We've lived through changing market prices, labor shortages, policy shifts, global disruptions, and periods of deep uncertainty. These moments don't show up in brochures, but they define how decisions are made in practice. They shape what kind of tools are actually usable, affordable, and sustainable.
Your farm already has equipment that works. We don't ask you to throw it away. We connect it to the cloud, giving you visibility and control without starting over.
Internet fails. Power goes out. Schedules still run. Your farm shouldn't stop working because the cloud is down.
8-hour power windows. Patchy connectivity. Scorching summers. We're not adapting foreign technology—we're building from the ground up for Maharashtra.
Our team speaks Marathi, Hindi, and English. Our AI assistant understands commands in regional languages. Because technology should adapt to you, not the other way around.
Endo was built not as a single product, but as a long-term ecosystem—where operations, insights, resources, and support come together in one place and evolve over time.
As part of the Endo ecosystem, users gain access not just to technology, but to experience—better resources, trusted vendors, evolving services, and guidance shaped by years in the field.
Our team is based in Nashik—the heart of Maharashtra's grape and pomegranate country. We understand Indian farms because we work on them.
